Fully Loaded Chili
This one pot dinner is easy to make with most of the ingredents already found in your pantry!

1 Large pot
1 Strainer
1 cooking spoon
- 1 mideum onion choped
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 3 Small pealed and chopped sweet potato
- 400-500 grams lean ground beef
- 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp corriander
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 400 grams whole tomatoes
- 4.5 cups water
- 2-3 cubes beef boullon cubes read your bouillon package and adjust accordinly for water amount
- 340 grams can corn rinsed
- 250 grams can white beans rinsed or black either work!
- 215 grams frozen green beans it's about half a bag
- 1 large carrot peeled and thinly chopped
To a pot add onions, garlic, sweet potato, and olive oil. Sautee on medium until onions are transparent.
Add ground beef and spices to the pot and cook until almost cooked through.
Add tomatoes (break apart chunks), water, bouillon, canned vegetables, carrot and bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer and taste. Adjust salt and spices to your liking.
Serve with sour cream, crushed taco chips, avocado, or fresh herbs!
